About us

Your appointment is with Salah Benelkaied, a sole trader trading as Salah Barber, at Self Care Studio, 14 Pankhurst Place, East Kilbride, G74 4BH. Contact details are shown in the page footer.

Booking and price

The service, duration and total price payable are shown before you confirm. Selecting a time places a five-minute hold but does not create a booking. You offer to book when you submit the form, and a contract is formed when the website confirms that the booking is saved.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, arrive five minutes early where possible, and contact Salah Barber promptly if you will be late or need to cancel.

Changes, cancellations and missed appointments

You can cancel by using the contact details on this website. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. If you do not attend without cancelling, the full appointment price may be due, subject to your statutory rights. If Salah Barber must cancel or change the appointment, you may accept another time or cancel without charge.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Online service bookings may carry a 14-day cancellation right. By booking an appointment within that period, you expressly ask for the service to be provided on the selected date. The right may be reduced or end once the service begins or is completed, as permitted by law.

Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact Salah Barber promptly if there is a problem. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Complaints and governing law

Raise complaints with Salah Barber at contact@salahbarber.co.uk or using the telephone number or postal address shown in the footer. Scots law governs these terms, but you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
